Application and Recommendation Forms   

In order to meet the requirements for admission into Project Insight,
a prospective participant must:

• Be at least 17 years of age
• Be a current high school or college student in good standing
• Be medically, physically and emotionally stable
• Be willing to participate fully and comply with program expectations
• Have specific personal or inter-personal social issues they want eradicate
• Have a minimum reading and comprehension level of grade 11

Due to extensive preparation that will be conducted before the start of the program, potential participants must submit their application and recommendation forms no later than one month prior to the retreat weekend.
