What is Project Insight?
Project Insight is a Life Management System that begins with a three day mountain retreat experience and continues on campus with a variety of structured activities designed to give participants profound insights that will plant the seeds of choice and responsibility deep within their consciousness. As these seeds are nurtured through the supportive community provided by Emmaus staff and Tour guides, they will take root to form the organizing principles around which participants can transform their lives.

What is the Mission of Project Insight?
The program is designed to foster the exploration and practice of personal and inter-personal growth while establishing a viable community of support for college students.

The program is for college students who have a strong commitment to changing their lives, eradicating character defects and taking full responsibility for their lives.
