Program Overview

Download Program ComponentsThe Team Leadership program is specifically designed for young college students who have successfully demonstrated a strong desire to help young teens and their peers improve their personal lives and create positive outcomes of their choices. It is a unique program which offers intensive, practical and experiential leadership and character development training to individuals who have made a commitment to help others turn away from self-destructive, addictive, and non-productive behaviors. The participants in this leadership program are selected due to their desire to share the knowledge, wisdom and skills they have learned in the program with others. They have the passion and drive to improve the quality of life in their schools and community. They are young leaders who want to be able to identify and realize the solutions to problems and challenges facing their friends, classmates, schoolmates and families. The Team Leadership Program develops innovative strategies to create sustainable positive changes in young peoples’ lives. These young leaders have a steadfast commitment to observable and measurable results, so that schools and communities will continue to improve for years to come. The graduates of this breakthrough program will help other young people break the cycle of destructive and self-defeating behaviors by providing them the tools, the skills and the support necessary to help them put their lives in order.
